Amcor said that its new product has been designed to meet the most stringent packaging requirements of the pharmaceutical and medical industry.

It also said that the new product combines the strong barrier of aluminum against light, moisture and oxygen with the high stability of containers, providing a high degree of protection to healthcare products. It said that the product significantly extends shelf life. It is also particularly suitable for inhalers and diagnostic devices which usually require a total protection from moisture.
