The research shows that the vacuum insulation panels of 4mm thick has the same thermal insulation performance with glass wool of 100mm and when the vacuum insulation panels were used as thermal insulation material(as embedded layer) in medical incubator, there are some advantages as:

(1)With the same cold insulation requirement, he vacuum insulation panels can reduce the wall thickness of the box and enlarge the internal  volume, also lighten the weight of the container.

(2) With the same wall thickness of the insulation box, by using vacuum insulation panels , you can extend the duration of cold insulation and saving energy.

Now vacuum insulation panels have been widely used in refrigerators, freezers, cold storage, refrigerated trucks, refrigerated containers, medical incubators, wall insulation, frozen car transport incubators and other fields.

2. Keeping these samples in the Samples Room under the Storage Codition of 

Room Temp: Approx 23℃ and Humidity Approx 75%.

3. To meausure the K-factor every year as the date below, from Nov.29th, 2005 to May 09, 2015 (totally 10 years).

VIP is built into heat insulated packaging because:

1. For the same source of cold, VIP provides an autonomy of 7 to 10 days, or 2 to 3 times that of a classic insulation material, thus fulfilling a specific need.

2. Used without a cold source, the VIP heat insulated box increases the temperature maintenance time. 

3. The VIP heat insulated box has better resistance to hot segments and extreme profiles.
