Vertical raymond mill working principle:
The Vertical raymond mill is mainly composed of the host, seperator, pipeline and blower. According to user needs, it can be equipped with crusher, hoist, electromagnetic vibration feeder, electric control motor and other components. The material is crushed to the required size and then sent to the hopper by the lifter. Then the vibration feeder sends the materials evenly into the grinding charmber. The rollers swing out and press the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force during rotation. The materials are sent to the roller and grinding ring and grinded by the rolling roller. Fine powder is brought into the seperator for sorting by the circulating wind of the blower. Qualified fine powder is sent into the finished cyclone collector by air and discharged through tubes. Unqulified powder drops back to the grinding charmber for regrinding.
