Spiral Screw Sand Washing Machine is suitable for the washing, grading， impurity removal and dehydration of fine-grained and coarse-grained materials in metallurgy, building materials and hydropower industries, especially building sand and road construction sand. It is installed by inclining 15 degrees. The bottom of the sink is surrounded by three weir plates to form a sedimentation tank and the screw head is immersed in the sedimentation tank. The spiral acrew continuously rotates driven by the motor through the reducer and the perforated plate on the bottom of the settling tank supplys cleaning water.
